By using this website, you recognise that the following terms and conditions apply to any interaction you make with the site, superseding any other terms or conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept our terms and conditions as the sole set of conditions applying to the contract.

Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Printing 

All products supplied for personalisation on this site are produced to specific customer requirements only, and are supplied and sold under these terms and conditions.  Clients should ensure that any details supplied which are to be produced or printed on any product are supplied correctly, as after printing and assembly, mistakes cannot be rectified.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling of names, dates and punctuations  are correct, should you be unsure as to your wording or image requirements please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Personalised orders are exempt from certain distance selling rules, however we work on a personal one to one basis with all our customers and should you have any problems or cause for concern with any of our products please contact us and let us know, in most cases a replacement product will be supplied upon return of the incorrect or damaged product, Please note that items can only be returned if incorrect spelling of names and dates is produced on the product after you had supplied the correct details, or, in the case of a defective product, in these cases we will accept returns and will replace the product with the correct details. Item’s can only be returned in line with our return policy below.

Images
Unless a customer specifically requests us not to we reserve the right to photograph ribbon orders placed and use the images in our marketing or on our website. 

Copyright

If you purchase business branded ribbon and supply us with artwork to print, we will assume that you have been granted permission by the copyright holder for us to use that artwork. Please do not request copyrighted or trademarked images, names or phrases to be printed unless you have express permission from the copyright holder.

We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe this may not be the case.

 

Order Acceptance
There shall be no binding contract between Seller and Buyer until the Buyer”s order has been accepted by the Seller.
By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises Ribbon Nation through Paypal to take payment for goods selected.
We reserve the right not to print any message that we consider to be obsene, offensive, derogatory or discriminatory in any way.

Products

We occasionally take photographs of your orders for our records, and we may use these on our website, or other social media sites, unless you request otherwise. Colours shown in the images displayed on this website and electronic email proofs may vary slightly from the colours of the final printed product. This is because colours on displayed on screen and in print are slightly different. However, we try to show all products and colours as accurately as possible.

Price
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.

Payment

PayPal is the most preferred way to pay online in the UK because it’s safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet. We also accept BACS payment into our bank account  – please contact us for the bank account and sort code details.

 

Amendments

Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with Ribbon Nation until we have received payment in full of the price and all sums due under the order.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.  Nothing in these Web Site Terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
