Shipping and Returns Policy
Ribbon Nation aim to send your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. We accept no liability for any delays beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to; couriers delay, postal service delay, stock availability issues and printer malfunctions.
We print our ribbons in-house, our working hours are beyond normal office hours – once your order has been placed we start preparing your order for printing/dispatch – We therefore cannot offer a refund on cancellation of orders once your order has been received.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
As we copy and paste into our specialist printing software directly from a Buyer’s order request, please ensure that there are no typing errors contained in the order. It is not possible to return products for refund other than in the event of an order being produced incorrectly to the order specification. In this case we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. Any errors in printing must be reported via e-mail to the following email address Ribbons@ribbonnation.co.uk. In order to qualify for a full refund you will need to email us within 3 days of order receipt. We will also require you to return the order or provide photographic evidence of the issue. Buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning any items. If a refund is issued we will return the full amount plus any returned postage costs.
By adding this design to your basket you are presumed to have spell-checked your own personalised text and been satisfied with its accuracy. Colours shown on the preview screen are only a guide to the pantone colours on the finished item. Due to the limitations of colour reproduction on the web and the differences in computer monitors, no colour can be displayed 100% accurately
DELIVERY AND RISK
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail (or other third parties) due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial strike action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control.
Delivery of goods to the stipulated delivery address shall constitute delivery to the Buyer. All risk in the goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

We shall not be liable in any way for the loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of the goods being prevented or delayed, incorrectly described, or any other of its obligations not being performed for reasons beyond the control of Ribbon Nation, or any acts of 3rd parties.
We will not be held liable for any non-delivery of orders shipped by us to an address outside the United Kingdom. Guarantee: Any complaints, as far as visible faults are concerned need to be presented by the customer within two days of receipt of goods. Non-visible faults are covered for six months by the consumer warranties as defined in any applicable laws or legislation. In no event shall Ribbon Nation or its partners’ maximum liability, under any circumstances whether based on action or claims in contract or in tort (including without limitation negligence and strict liability) exceed the purchase price of the print order. Law and jurisdiction: These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
